Hi! I’m a real estate investor and former VC-backed founder exploring new ideas in housing innovation.

I was born in China, grew up in California, and have since mostly hopped between San Francisco and New York. I started my career in investment banking, and have run a real estate investing business and a VC-backed fintech/proptech startup.

I’m currently restructuring my family’s real estate business and portfolio in CA. I'm also exploring a few ideas in homeownership and housing affordability. I do a bit of angel investing and startup advising on the side.
